Journey Within teaches you actionable skills, rooted in Universal Principles, and guides you to remove obstacles and achieve a happier, more fulfilling life. These skills range from emotional intelligence and self-awareness to effective communication and positive relationships. As you recognize and re-connect with your Soul Signature, you will gain clarity on your life’s passions, purpose, and what truly brings you joy.

The Format

This is an online, learn-at-your-own-pace, training program. Upon registering, you will gain access to 7 modules which include video instructions, key concept sheets and expert guidance. You’ll also gain access to an online community of like-minded individuals who are also looking to reconnect with their soul signature and are on a path to overcoming limiting beliefs and embrace new possibilities.

Training Facilitator

Amy Evans is the facilitator and creator of the Journey Within and Journey to Excellence materials. Amy was an elementary school teacher by profession but also had a passion for Reiki (Energy Work) and the healing arts. Throughout her 30-year teaching career, she would give herself Reiki treatments as a restorative practice for herself at the end of her busy teaching day. This practice, along with daily journal writing, was at the foundation of a spiritual awakening that would change her life.

In 1997, her personal Reiki practice began to evolve and blend with her passion for teaching. Immediately following her Reiki treatments, Amy began to receive ideas that would flow through her mind with great depth and clarity, and she would record these ideas in her journal. In the months and years that followed, the Journey to Excellence: Discovering Your Authentic Self (children program) and the Journey Within — Discovering Your Authentic Self (adult material) was born. For Amy, discovering her Authentic Self was at the heart of her reason for becoming a teacher and is now at the heart of all her Journey Within work.
